The first public release of the PADDLEMORE self-service kayak rental system. Built for operators and customers at the waterfront.

Real-time hardware status from the field. The ESP32 reports sensor state, Wi-Fi signal, firmware version, and uptime every few seconds.

Scan a bay QR code, verify your phone, accept the safety rules, unlock, and go. Return workflow included.

Simple local-storage gate for the fleet dashboard. Logout anytime.

Per-bay Wi-Fi RSSI, firmware version, uptime, and last-seen timestamp. Offline detection after 60 seconds.

Operators can leave timestamped notes on any bay. Useful for maintenance reminders, shift handoffs, and fleet observations.

Unlock / Disable / Enable command flow

Remote bay control from the admin panel. Trigger unlock, disable a bay, enable it back, reset to available, or set maintenance mode.
